Intake call — free, 30 minutes
Before you pay, we talk through what you’d build and whether a day is the right shape for it.

Async prep — ~1 hour
After the intake I send a short checklist — usually a domain, an email for tool signups, scope, and any open questions. I review it so day-of is all building, no setup.

Working session — half or full day
Screen-to-screen. Dive straight in. Something real gets built — and you leave with the knowledge to do it again.

Honest note: this is a new offering. I don’t have testimonials yet. What I have is a track record as an operator, the session I’d run with you, and this page — built the way I’d build for you. Flat fee. No commitment. Priced below my day rate at Exogy — a short-run discount while I sharpen and share this skill alongside you. If you want the math: that’s $200/hr on the full day, $250/hr on the half. The day is the unit, not the hour.

A few questions people ask
- What if we don’t finish?
- Scope is set in the intake so this is rare. If it happens, I finish it async within the week at no additional cost.
- Who owns what we build?
- You do. Your accounts, your code, your domain. I leave with nothing.
- What if I don’t know what to build?
- Send me what’s on your plate, but remember — the project is just the playground. The point is that you walk away with the confidence to use these tools yourself. If a day isn’t the right shape for what you’ve got in mind, I’ll tell you before we move forward.
- What if I need help after the session?
- The session is a closed loop — no retainer, no ongoing fees, no support tail. If something misfires in the first few days, send it over and I’ll take a look. Beyond that, email me anytime — I’ll reply when I can. But you shouldn’t be paying for a subscription to me.
Limited availability
I run Tonotop and I’m a partner at Exogy. A client I advise is closing their financing and ramping up in the next month. When that completes, my focus shifts there, and this website disappears.
